Audio Wrap introduction

Protecto Wrap Company has been manufacturing the highest quality products available at our manufacturing factory in Denver Colorado and marketing peel and stick adhesive products since 1952.  Our products meet or exceed the design requirements and specifications for a variety of applications.  Protecto Wrap has been producing quality building products for residential, commercial and Industrial use for over 5 decades.  The owner, John Hopkins, known for his entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness pioneered the window flashing tape market over 15 years ago.  Dedicated to continuous improvement Protecto Wrap has been quietly forging into alternative markets for many years through R&D efforts in our state of the art laboratory.  We are a small family company that engages our work force to find solutions to industry problems.  We are quick to market as we cut through red tape that our large corporate competitors get bogged down and tied up with corporate politics.  Don’t let the small company attitude fool you, we are a force to be reckoned with as we dominate markets all over the world.  We have strategic partnerships with distribution and logistics that allow us to deliver product efficiently and cost effectively so our customers benefit from lower prices and superior quality.  Our nimble and strategic infrastructure is supported by our sincere efforts to please our customers by providing a person at the other end of the phone or email.  We believe our strength is in quality products and customer service.  “We do what we say“, however simple, it is our motto.

Audio Wrap was born over 10 years ago, as we have been servicing customers in Canada with our aggressive butyl adhesive made for cold weather applications for years.  Our butyl formulation is truly a work of art and science.  We listened to the mechanics who worked on their cars in their home garage after putting in 12-hour days at work.  They insisted on a workable sound-deadening product with extreme adhesion that would stick and not fall down over the night in an unheated garage.  “Save me time, energy and money, and you’ll have a customer for life” So that’s what we have done.

This is the easiest product to use, and takes no time in getting used to.  The product comes on a 1.5” tube rolled up into a roll.  Just measure, pull out the desired amount, and cut off what you need.  The product stores easily, and doesn’t have to be laid flat or protected.  You don’t have to be careful, you won’t damage it.  The Aluminum top constraint layer is a special grade Aluminum laminated to an even more special butyl adhesive.  Audio wrap is a sound deadening automotive aftermarket product that makes your car ride more luxuriously when applied to the inner sheet metal of your car.  Just remove the door panel, wipe down the sheet metal, and apply Audio Wrap to the door skin.  You’ll notice a huge reduction of road noise.  No more unwanted vibrations coming from outside.  You won’t be able to hear the tires on the asphalt like you did before, or even better, the loud concrete roads will be a thing of the past.  You can turn down your radio and experience the sound of the music as it was intended: without noise.  Turn down the noise in your life and add music.

Start with the doors; this is where most of the road noise comes in.  If you want to get a little more aggressive in quieting your ride, continue insulating the floor with the same Audio Wrap you installed on the doors.  Pull back the carpet and install Audio Wrap on the floorboards of your vehicle.  For the music lovers with amplifiers and woofers, add Audio Wrap to your car trunk.  Keep the noise out, the music in and insulate your vehicle with Audio Wrap.

Ask the experts; Camaro Dave, Hot Rod Builder extraordinaire.  Dave just installed Audio Wrap in his 69 Camaro.  The car will be featured at every rod event he can find; “almost one every weekend, including SEMA in October”.  Dave’s cars are a work of art.  He and his wife run “Camaro Dave’s” in Englewood Colorado.  He has been turning out “Best in Show” custom Camaro’s for 15 years.  Dave’s newest project is a 69 Camaro, painted in viper green.  Powered by a 572 Chevy Vette it is sure to drive like it looks: Sweet!  Check out Dave’s stats page for more on his Camaro.  Dave is the newest member our growing family of return customers.  Welcome Dave, Thanks for letting Protecto Wrap into your family!
